VEX Personal Essay Challenge
VEX Personal Essay Challenge provides an opportunity for VEX roboticists to showcase the depth of their engagement in robotics and receive recognition for their experience and knowledge at a national level. Through the process of systematically preparing for this competition, students will learn how to effectively and compellingly articulate their thoughts about a STEM-based subject area. Our program will guide students through the writing process to develop competitive essays, including brainstorming for impact and relevance, narrowing topics to ensure depth of detail, and editing to develop a bright luster to their writing.
Advanced Paragraph Writing: Foundations of Argumentation
Grades 3-6
First program of the series.
Through live, interactive sessions, small group learning, and immediate feedback, students will develop the ability to craft compelling arguments, evaluate evidence, and express their ideas clearly and persuasively. This series fosters not just academic growth but a lifelong love for thinking and learning.
