VEX Personal Essay Challenge
VEX Personal Essay Challenge provides an opportunity for VEX roboticists to showcase the depth of their engagement in robotics and receive recognition for their experience and knowledge at a national level. Through the process of systematically preparing for this competition, students will learn how to effectively and compellingly articulate their thoughts about a STEM-based subject area. Our program will guide students through the writing process to develop competitive essays, including brainstorming for impact and relevance, narrowing topics to ensure depth of detail, and editing to develop a bright luster to their writing.
Advanced Paragraph Writing: Foundations of Argumentation
Grades 3-6
First program of the series.
Through live, interactive sessions, small group learning, and immediate feedback, students will develop the ability to craft compelling arguments, evaluate evidence, and express their ideas clearly and persuasively. SAT Rapid Test Prep
Through one-on-one sessions, immediate feedback, and access to practice tests and questions, students will improve their ability to perform reliably on all sections of the SAT.
SAT Test Prep: Verbal
Through live, interactive sessions, small group learning, immediate feedback, and digital practice, students will develop the ability to perform reliably on the Verbal section of the SAT. Students not only improve their Verbal score but strengthen language skills to increase their readiness for college.
ACT Rapid Test Prep
Through one-on-one sessions, immediate feedback, and access to practice tests and questions, students will improve their ability to perform reliably on all sections of the ACT.
ACT Test Prep: Verbal
Through live, interactive sessions, small group learning, and immediate feedback, students will develop the ability to perform reliably on the English and Reading sections of the ACT.
